How do I reset my password?
Navigate to the Arreteq login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a reset link within a minute. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your organisation admin.
How do I invite a new team member to my workspace?
From your workspace settings, select "Members" then click "Invite". Enter the email address and assign a role. The invitee will receive an email invitation valid for 7 days.
What file formats can I import into Arreteq?
Arreteq supports import from BPMN 2.0 XML, Visio (VSDX), Lucidchart, and Excel for bulk data imports. AI-assisted import from Word documents and PDFs is also available.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All data is automatically backed up every 15 minutes and retained for 90 days. Enterprise plans include point-in-time recovery and dedicated backup configurations.
Does Arreteq support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes. Arreteq supports SAML 2.0 and OIDC-based SSO with providers including Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and Ping Identity. SSO configuration is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
How do I contact technical support?
Enterprise customers can reach our support team via the in-app chat widget, the ticket portal below, or their dedicated Customer Success Manager. Professional plan customers have access to email support with a guaranteed 4-hour response SLA during business hours.
